How can I view the status of my order?
Go to Customer Service and enter the confirmation number that you received on your invoice, and click go.
How do I update my personal information?
When you checkout, you will be able to update your personal information by choosing the returning customer option. After entering your e-mail address and password, you will have the options of changing your billing information or specify that your order is to be shipped to a different address.
How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel an order, we request that you notify us within 24 hours after placing your order. Otherwise, we will process your order as received and you will be charged for the order.

You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, the final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming you order.
