"What is biscotti?" you might ask. Biscotti is a cookie that originated in Italy, and means "twice baked." It's great for dunking in your favorite beverage, (or just eating plain, as some like to do)! We make a slightly softer version of the traditional Italian biscotti.

Many of our biscotti are original in content, made with unique twists of delectable ingredients to create an extraordinary treat. If you have never tasted homemade biscotti--we guarantee you are in for a delightful surprise! In our baking, we use unbleached and unbromated flour, unrefined sugar, and non-aluminum baking powder; and we never add preservatives to any of our baked goods. We also use the finest Madagascar Vanilla extract and Aristocrat Cocoa--that creates an amazing distinction.
You will find our biscotti is a hearty treat, bursting with flavor. We don't skimp on ingredients. Our biscotti is often double in size compared to competition, and averages 3.2 ounces in weight. See and taste the difference!
